Complaints Procedure

Ames Air Conditioning prides itself on providing products and services that are designed for maximum efficiency and engineered for complete reliability. However, we accept that every now and then things can go wrong.

So that we can investigate your complaint, please contact us by email or letter with the following information:

  • The full address and postcode of the property where the appliance is fitted
  • An address for correspondence, if this is different to the location of the appliance
  • A contact telephone number
  • A detailed summary concerning the nature of your complaint
